These beautiful bird houses are for indoors or outdoors. If you would use them outdoors, they do not have an option to open to change or clean out. They are all made in Pennsylvania. For outdoor use, we would highly recommend a finish spray to protect them, as mother nature is unpredictable. The distressed painting on these houses is very nice.
